The history of the very first recorded LSD 'trip' was by Albert Hofmann, April 19, 1943. This sale is part of celebration of the 80th anniversary of that fateful event. While synthesizing the new compound of LSD, he accidentally absorbed a small amount of the drug and discovered its powerful effects. He rode his bicycle after realizing he should go home and his 'trip' unfolded on his ride while homeward bound.
