Originally designed in 2006 for the Northwest chapter of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America to be sold in tandem with Pearl Jam's concert in December of that year in Honolulu. My concept was the goddess Pele, the mythical creator of the Hawaiian Islands.

This concept was rejected by the powers-that-be, so I used the image without the text as an art print that I titled "Pele, Goddess of the Volcano." Not every gig is a win, so you just gotta roll with it.
