This is my very first poster for The Afghan Whigs. I've been a huge fan for a long time and although I always loved their music I feel that they've put out their best work since releasing their reunion album Do The Beast in 2014. Every album since has been nothing short of amazing. Very few have bands have ever pulled that off and it's put them in an elite category of musicianship. I feel like their music has a personal, intimate and sexy vibe and that's what I sought to convey with this image. The sound of refined detail and flourish with a combination of allure and yearning. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did making it.
